We will consider new graduates who demonstrate strong hands-on competence and a desire to succeed.Your Major ResponsibilitiesSuccessful applicants will receive formal training at one of our award-winning training centers.Domestic and international travel for initial training is required.Responsible for customer service activities, including updating, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing highly sophisticated capital equipment at customer sites.Act as the face of our company to ensure customer satisfaction with our service and maintain operational quality of system equipment.Coordinate actions with customers to minimize downtime.Assist Installation Engineers in resolving problems.What You Will BringCertified engineer or degree from an advanced technical school, or 3 years of industry experience.
