Elevate your career with us, where development and progress are at the heart of everything we do.If you feel ready and think this opportunity is for you, we would be happy to meet you.Your tasksPerform operational tasks and maintain our IT solutions, and especially topics related with MongoDB ClustersContinuously analyze and optimize the performance of the MongoDB clusters and its databasesContribute to improve the IT solution regarding technical operations, solution life cycle, mitigating risks or solving security issues of the platformAdvise and support the colleagues from IT consulting and application development in all operational topics from the perspective of the database domainHelp to develop and implement new solutions and are involved in the strategic decision-making processAutomating tasks, deployments and management of componentsJob requirementsYou feel at home doing administration tasks on Linux environments (Red Hat); ideally, also on Kubernetes based platformsThe administration of a large MongoDB cluster is something you are used to doHands-on experience on large enterprise environments (Setup, coordination, deployment, operations troubleshooting)You are experienced in monitoring, logging, and alerting tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, Splunk)You are used to work on Azure DevOpsYou are team player with good communication skills that enjoys big responsibilities and a fast-paced environmentYou are curious and eager to constantly learn new technologies and methodsOther nice to have skills: Infrastructure as Code tools, experience with Percona for MongoDB solutions, experience implementing backup solutions for large MongoDB scenariosWhat We OfferYou will be part of an international team composed by people from different countries and backgrounds, where youll be able to share your experience and knowledge to carry-out teamwork and meet the objectives.On top of this, youll have a personal follow-up with your management team to help you understanding all business-related questions and guide you in your professional career.We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package: lunch vouchers, health and dental insurance, transport, wellbeing, etc.ContactIf you are interested, please apply directly or send your CV to xavier.salra@agrupaglobal.com
