As a Data Science Product Manager with us, you''ll be at the forefront of deploying innovative AI solutions to improve Sales, Supply-Chain, Finance & HR. Your canvas will be broad and challenging, ranging from understanding & improving Data Science algorithms or designing an AI Platform to communicating to C-level about ROI and new possibilities offered. The essence of this role lies in your ability to navigate through complex technical challenges and precisely align user requirements with strategic objectives through exchanges with senior executives. Key Responsibilities

• Experience on transitioning management.
• Strong hands-on Data Science experience and project industrialisation.
• Great communication skills, being able to communicate cross-functionally and with the C-level, handle story telling around data.
• Partner with the Head of Data on the leadership needs and Data Science industrialisation.
• Define new features for the new AI platform.
• Being able to do code reviews produced by the data scientists.
• Create impeccable presentations.
• Dive deep on the business needs and new business discovery.

Skills needed for the role

• Hold a Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Possess at least 3 years of programming experience, demonstrating strong coding proficiency.
• Develop and maintain empathy, understanding user needs and perspectives deeply.
• Display a relentless drive for delivering value, overcoming obstacles to achieve goals.
• Proficient in JIRA, Confluence, or similar product management tools, facilitating efficient workflows.
• Exhibit exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of navigating complex issues.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ensuring effective teamwork and collaboration.
• Skilled at managing multiple tasks, prioritising effectively to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Knowledgeable in SQL, capable of handling data manipulation and analysis tasks.
• Agile mindset, adaptable to changing project requirements and business needs.
• Visionary thinking, capable of identifying future trends and integrating them into current projects.
