Position: Real Estate Asset ManagerLocation: Rescaldina, ItalyCompany: Risorse Professional, a specialized recruiting firm for Middle & Senior Management roles, on behalf of a leading SGR Real Estate company in Milan, is seeking:Responsibilities:Identify and implement real estate development strategies.Prepare business plans, cash flow analyses, scenario simulations for individual assets, and sensitivity analyses for portfolios or individual assets.Coordinate Project Management, Property Management activities, and liaise with real estate agencies.Manage leasing activities and renegotiations of leased spaces through internal Letting functions and external real estate agencies.Generate performance reports for assets in the portfolio.Support the Finance department with cost and revenue accounting and variance analysis.Requirements:Master''s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Economics.At least 3 years of experience in similar roles.Excellent command of the English language.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Strong teamwork, proactive attitude, and problem-solving skills.Additional Information: Salary commensurate with seniority.
