A leading real estate developer based in Brussels isseeking an experienced Property & Project Manager for aninterim assignment of 6 to 12 months. This role combines hands-onproject oversight with strategic property management across adynamic portfolio. The Interim Property & Project Manager''s keyresponsibilities will include: Overseeing (re)development projectsfrom building permit to delivery Managing project budgets,planning, invoicing, and compliance Organizing site meetings andconducting regular project follow-ups Ensuring adherence totechnical standards and resolving discrepancies Preparingspecifications and overseeing the tendering process Coordinatingpost-construction documentation and intervention files Managingdaily operations of the property portfolio, including maintenanceand inspections Acting as a point of contact for severalstakeholders and managing ongoing technical issues Monitoringcondition assessments, legal certifications, and damage casesLeading quarterly review meetings and following up on capex andframework agreements The key qualifications required for thisinterim management job: The ideal candidate has a solid expertisein Construction Engineering, with substantial site and projectmanagement experience-ideally managing budgets over 5,000,000. Youare motivated by social impact and have a strong understanding ofCSR.
