Today we are looking for a new Customer Intelligence team member who will support the company in providing complex analysis and deliver actionable dashboards supporting the decision-making process. JOB DESCRIPTION Creating reports and analyses on the results of marketing activities and customer behavior, presenting conclusions and recommendations, Monitoring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns (online and offline), analyzing ROI (return on investment), and recommending actions to optimize marketing strategies to increase their effectiveness, Using data to create customer segments that enable a more targeted and personalized approach in marketing activities, Preparing detailed ad hoc analyses of customer behavior, Proactively suggesting automation of reporting and analyses to support business decisions, Querying and manipulating data sets with SQL and Python, Data visualization using Tableau and Looker, Designing and developing new reports and reporting capability. REQUIREMENTS You have practical knowledge of SQL (necessary condition) and know how to effectively query large data sets, You have at least 3 years of experience in data analysis/engineering/science, You know how to manipulate, transform, and analyze large volumes of data and deliver clear results and insights, You have practical knowledge of Python, You are curious about how customers relate to brands, You know how to formulate clear insights based on complex analysis, You have high attention to detail, You want to contribute to the business by using your data skillset, You are a team player, You are self-organized and able to work independently, You can communicate effectively in English. NICE TO HAVE Previous experience in retail/e-commerce, Previous experience in CRM and/or marketing analytics, Some experience in methods used by data science.
