We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Administrative Assistant to support our country administrative functions. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of accounting principles, strong administrative skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Knowledge of legal and regulatory compliance would be a plus. Main Responsibilities: 1. General Administrative Support: Manage incoming company mail and parcels, ensuring proper distribution. Scan, archive, and maintain company records following internal policies. Handle administrative requests from various departments efficiently. 2. Accounting Invoicing: Record, store, and manage invoices in Excel, SAP, and other accounting systems. Serve as a key contact between providers, the accounting department, and managers to ensure timely validation and follow-ups. Assist with expense tracking and reconciliation. 3. Managerial HR Assistance: Support the management team with administrative reports, budget tracking, and documentation. Assist in recruitment processes, including organizing interviews and maintaining candidate records. Help ensure HR procedures align with legal requirements and company policies. Key Skills Qualifications: Bilingual proficiency in English and French ; Spanish is a strong plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) ; experience with SAP isrequired. Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of HR and regulatory administrative compliance (RAC experience is a plus). Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Familiarity with legal and compliance matters is a plus.
