Were currently partnered with a rapidly growing AI venture backend start-up who are looking for a Lead Product Engineer to join their growing team.
They currently have over a million users across the global interacting with their application which provides over 50 years of research and cutting edge AI to enable young adults to have access to personalised coaches to support with relationships and helping to rebuild confidence.
As they prepare to raise Series A, they are looking for a motivated Lead Product Engineer who is driven by working on impactful products that are making a positive impact.
Youll be joining the team as an IC but will also help shape and define their engineering culture as they continue to grow.
Youll be working closely with their team of Engineers and their Technical Engineering Manager across their React Native projects and youll have a big impact in helping to shape the technical direction of the product and implement new strategies whilst also having the autonomy to make decisions.
Lead on engineering projects that help support company strategy and results
Work closely with the team to help triage any hard-to-debug things that might be blocking the platform
Collaborate with both the design team and backend team
Take ownership across their React Native apps
Good experience and knowledge within React Native
Demonstrated experience in driving the development of a broad codebase
