We are looking for an In Room Dining Waiter for the 2025 season to join our Room Service team. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and comfortable with challenges, willing to provide authentic and luxury dining experiences, demonstrating care, confidence, curiosity, and community. He/She should have exceptional taste and exemplary customer service skills. He/She reports to the In Room Dining Supervisor.
Main duties & responsibilities:- Anticipate guests'' needs and handle complaints to provide an excellent and personalized room service experience.
- Provide food and beverage service in guest rooms, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure orders are correct and presented beautifully.
- Personalize the in-room bar offer.
- Establish good relationships with guests, handling requests and inquiries promptly.
- Ensure that the quality of service meets the high LQA and Belmond standards.

Other requirements:- Fluent in English and Italian; a third language preferred.
- Previous professional experience in the same role within a luxury environment.
- Passion for service and ambition to grow professionally.
- HACCP certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle guest complaints effectively.
- Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Benefits:- We offer a seasonal Labour contract according to C.C.N.L. Settore Turismo - Level 4, In Room Dining Waiter.
- Start date: April 2025 to End date: November 2025, with the aim of a continuous collaboration over subsequent seasons at Splendido and a career path.
- Salary as by CCNL + increase based on seniority and skill level (around 1.950,00 / monthly gross) + separate payslip for 13, 14 and TFR.
