Customer Service & Pricing Manager Zip Division
Your Responsibilities:
- Set team priorities and workflows to meet service levels and customer satisfaction.
- Support daily customer care activities by managing high-priority and escalated cases, and maintaining relationships with top customers.
- Coordinate with logistics and product teams to prioritize orders and ensure timely deliveries.
- Work with IT to optimize customer care tools for efficiency.
- Represent the Voice of the Customer and review processes to meet customer expectations.
- Update training materials and onboard new team members.
- Measure team performance and develop forecasting capabilities for staffing.
- Create procedures to improve customer service processes and satisfaction.
- Collaborate on designing medium and long-term service strategies.
- Coach and supervise the team, providing feedback and support.
- Resolve billing issues and customer complaints.
- Assist Sales in preparing commercial offers, evaluating margin impacts.
- Manage pricing analysis, including new price generation and margin improvements.
Your Profile:
- Proven experience as a Customer Service Manager with people management skills.
- Experience in customer support roles.
- Proficiency in English and French.
- Strong computer skills in SAP (SD) and MS Office, especially Excel.
- Bachelors degree in business administration or related field.
