Job Title: Azure Architect Location: Paris Experience: 12+ Years Language: Looking for fluent French speakers Mode of Work: Hybrid Job Summary: We are looking for a seasoned Azure Architect with 12+ years of IT experience and deep expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will lead cloud transformation initiatives, define cloud architecture standards, and ensure the successful delivery of secure, scalable, and high-performance Azure-based solutions. Key Responsibilities: * Design end-to-end Azure cloud architecture solutions including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS components. * Lead cloud adoption strategies and guide clients or internal teams on Azure best practices. * Define architecture blueprints, cloud reference models, and deployment strategies. * Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. * Implement secure and scalable cloud architectures aligned with organizational goals and compliance requirements. * Integrate Azure services with enterprise applications, identity solutions (Azure AD), and hybrid environments. * Drive cloud governance, cost optimization, and performance monitoring initiatives. * Mentor development and DevOps teams in using Azure tools and technologies effectively. Required Skills & Experience: * 12+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years in Azure architecture and cloud solution design. * Deep understanding of core Azure services (App Services, AKS, Functions, Logic Apps, VNets, Storage, Azure SQL, etc.). * Strong experience with infrastructure as code (ARM/Bicep/Terraform) and DevOps tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions). * Proficient in cloud security, identity management (Azure AD, RBAC, Conditional Access), and networking. * Solid understanding of microservices, containers, and API management on Azure. * Experience with migration of on-prem workloads to Azure (Lift-and-Shift, Re-architecture). * Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications: * Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (highly preferred). * Experience with multi-cloud or hybrid cloud architecture. * Familiarity with compliance standards (ISO, SOC, GDPR) and FinOps principles. * Knowledge of scripting languages (PowerShell, Python) and automation strategies.
