In this role, you will report directly to the DTC Coordinator and contribute to scaling a thriving sales channel by combining strategic insights with a creative approach to customer engagement.By leveraging a high-quality, ready-to-use customer database, youll have the chance to design and execute innovative CRM campaigns that enhance customer loyalty, boost sales, and elevate the overall fan experience.If youre excited about working at the intersection of data, creativity, and e-commerceand want to be part of a fast-paced, forward-thinking teamwed love to hear from you!You will:Spread the CRM culture in the company putting customers first in each and every activity planned and launchedGrow the database with lead generation campaigns, collaborating with the ADV team and the E-commerce Store ManagerProvide guidelines and best practices based on data-driven analysis and A/B test resultsDefine Newsletter editorial strategy and KPIs, by enhancing Universal Music Italy brand identity with a strong focus on the copywritingDevelop local and international CRM communication campaigns, supporting new music releases (both new releases and catalogue reissues) through interests-based segmentationCollaborate with the creative team to realize creative assetsDevelop marketing automation strategies, in order to increase customer loyalty and retentionSupport the labels marketing team through the activation of fan experiences (events, tour ticket pre-sales, etc.)Conduct recurrent analyses for strategies adjustment and evolutionYou should be able to:Define and implement CRM strategies, with a strong focus on automation, customer retention, and loyalty.Analyze CRM performance through KPIs, A/B testing, and campaign analytics to guide continuous improvement.Craft newsletter strategies and engaging copy, aligned with brand identity and tailored to segmented audiences.Work closely with creative, marketing, and e-commerce teams to develop compelling campaigns and assets.Create and manage CRM campaigns (local & international), using interest-based segmentationMinimum 2 years of experience in a similar position performance marketing agency experience will be considered a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
