About the Client
Our client is an emerging fintech company developing a cutting-edge B2C payment solution. With a small but steadily growing team, they are looking for a proactive marketing professional to establish and lead their marketing efforts from the ground up.
Role Overview
As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for shaping the brands positioning, developing and executing marketing strategies, and handling everything from content creation to advertising. This is a hands-on role for a self-sufficient marketing generalist who thrives in an unstructured startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to establish a brand presence.
- Conduct market research, analyze competitors, and position the product effectively.
- Manage all marketing activities, including digital campaigns, content creation, and social media management.
- Oversee the development of the companys website and ensure engaging high-converting content.
- Create compelling copy for various channels, from social media to landing pages.
- Collaborate with founders to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
- Track marketing performance and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.
Requirements
- Fluent in Russian & English.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, ideally within fintech.
- Strong ability to work independently and structure marketing efforts from scratch.
- Experience in digital marketing, content creation, and brand positioning.
- Hands-on experience with copywriting, and performance marketing is a plus.
