Scrum Master Were looking for a passionate, experienced
Scrum Master
to join our growing team in Barcelona. Youll play a critical role in enabling agile, high-performing teams working on AI and data products. As Scrum Master, youll support multiple squads through agile ceremonies, continuous improvement, and delivery alignment. Youll act as a servant leader and coach helping your team stay focused, unblock progress, and work in an adaptive, collaborative way.
Essential Skills:
3+ years experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) Experience working with cross-functional product, UX, and engineering teams Proficient in Jira and Confluence Skilled facilitator and communicator, able to influence without authority Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments Fluent in English Hybrid role based in Barcelona 23 times per week in office 6 month freelance / contract opportunity Approx 400 - 450EUR per day
