We value local expertise and empower our partners, counting already with business presence in more 16 countries (Europe North America).Greenvolt is seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to contribute directly to the correct design of Greenvolt projects' footprint in Europe. This role involves actively participating in the design supervision and creation of large-scale renewable energy projects, primarily focusing on solar PV and onshore wind systems.Key accountabilitiesCollaborate in the tendering processes (RFQ/RFP) in technical requirements and design.Good understanding of project design drawings and able to participate in discussions with designers (Pre-Executive design and design) and BOP Contractors.Support the quality of services and products provided by external suppliersSupport the definition, preparation and control the documentation to be able to start timely a construction of the renewable energy projectUnder coordination with procurement department, to prepare technical documentation and scope for bidding procedure for external suppliersSupport scheduling project steps and works to achieve the most efficient, timely and cost-effective construction of photovoltaic or wind farmSupport the supervision and control that during the design phase the Building Permit requirements are respected.Analise the layouts and reports from the resource department and propose possible upgrades.Support coordinating internal information flow within Development Team, Legal, Procurement, HSE QualitySupport managing and control of technical /Time Schedule /HS/Quality issues during design processCollaborate during construction process and provide solutions to construction design problems appear, in coordination with the BOP companyQualificationsEngineering background (preferable Electrical Engineer)Minimum 5 years of experience in Renewable Energy projects mainly from PV and wind farm (Utility scale) constructionFamiliarity with the components and technical equipment usually installed in large-scale onshore wind, solar PV plants and high voltage lines and substations.Strong written and verbal English communication skills.Strong negotiation and analytical skillsProactivity, autonomy and strong capability to anticipate and capability solutionsAvailability to travel around Europe, in all areas where projects are.We want an energy transition for everyone from everyone!
