Social network you want to login/join with:We are looking for a great new team member in Milan: Sr Product R&D EngineerYou will work on identifying new market opportunities and generate new ideas to grow market share, improve customer experience, and drive growth.Develop product plans, roadmaps, and business cases.Work closely with R&D and Sales teams, visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services.Collaborate with Pricing and Sales Teams to develop product pricing and positioning strategies.Conduct competitiveness analysis and market data review, including prices, costs, and product cost evolution.Lead product project managementcoordinate with Pricing, R&D, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, and Quality to achieve milestones and project objectives.Assist sales teams and customers with product technical support, documentation, presentations, and homologations.Identify methods to track product usage and impact on end users.Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and technical forums.Who are we looking for?An engineering background, preferably in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial engineering.Previous experience in power electric product development.Knowledge of basic power cable technologyhandling, installation, and application.Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product lifecycle.Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.Capability to handle technical presentations across different product lines, with good communication and organizational skills.Your application data will be treated according to our Data Protection Policy.
