What you will do: The HVAC Front Lines Sales EngineerFrance (M/F) position is an exciting sales role at an exciting timeof growth within JCI. A position that allows you to develop yourpotential and experience in a leading company, helping customersachieve their sustainability goals and power their mission.Reporting directly into the YORK HVAC Regional Sales Manager, yourrole will focus on driving sales of YORK HVAC Applied equipment(chillers, heat pumps, terminal units, air handling, Rooftops andmore) specially in the Commercial & Mid-Market segments viaDistributors, HVAC Installers and/or MEC contractors. You will havethe opportunity to build on any existing customer relationships weor you may have whilst developing new business across the region.You will be targeting product and solution driven opportunitieswithin our HVAC industry that translates into profitable growth forboth, our YORK channel partners and JCI. You will develop,communicate, and implement a comprehensive plan to grow the YORKbrand business and share across your region. How you will do it: -Being part of a multicultural, diverse and multidisciplinary team,working, feeling and collaborating as a One Team member within JCI.- After an initial training and onboarding period, as an HVACApplied Sales manager/Sales Engineer (M/F) you will be able tooperate independently and customer focused. - Co-creating andexecuting the YORK sales strategy in alignment with the annualsales plans and towards the achievement of your individual goalsand targets. - Supported by best-in-class CRM tools, you willunderstand your customer base and work to align their needs withour products and services, developing, supporting, and maintainingtrustful relationships with YORK channel partners to power theirmission. - With the creativity and ability to build newrelationships to further develop and expand our brand byidentifying and prospecting new partners to onboard, leveragingYorks extensive portfolio. - Your exceptional communication skillswill help to deliver a positive customer experience when partneringwith JCI along the value chain, from the promotion of the JohnsonControls & YORK value proposition when providing business andtechnical solutions, driving Base of Design, pricing assistance,sales coaching and product training or supporting marketingactivities and lead generation. - You will echo and champion theneeds of the customers, identifying and analyzing marketopportunities, assist with competitive product research includingcompetitive price, performance and feature analysis and overviewstrengths and weaknesses compared to competitors. And as a teamplayer, coordinate these requirements with other disciplines withinthe organization. - Experienced and disciplined in sales, you willmaster the sales process, forecasting and reporting actualsbusiness sales volumes, at requested frequency, for different lineof products and accounts What we look for: - Sales personality withproven record delivering results in HVAC equipment sales - At leastbetween 3 and 5 years successfully specifying, designing and/orselling HVAC Applied solutions: Chillers/Heat pump, Terminal Units,Air Handling Units, Rooftop units - Great skills to support &train distributors to boost joined growth - Ability to work totargets and KPIs and self-monitor own performance. - StrongMicrosoft Office and Outlook skills. Salesforce CRM knowledge is aplus. - Availability to travel within the assigned territory -English is required to be successful in this role What we offer: Weoffer a fixed-term contract, located either in Colombes (92),Chassieu (69), or Bordeaux (33).
