Technical Project Manager Low-Latency Trading Networks

Location: Limassol (CY) or Amsterdam (NL) | Relocation support available

A fast-paced fintech firm in the high-frequency trading (HFT) space is looking for a Technical PM to lead projects focused on low-latency connectivity between exchanges, data centers, and cloud platforms.

This is a hybrid role ideal for someone with a network engineering background whos ready to take on project and vendor management responsibilities.

In This Role, Youll:

• Lead the rollout of new Points of Presence (PoPs) and network routes
• Work closely with telecom providers, colocation vendors, and cloud platforms (AWS, Alicloud)
• Evaluate solutions, optimize for speed and cost, and present findings to trading teams
• Coordinate internal teams (infra, DevOps, trading) and external partners
• Own projects from vendor selection to production go-live

You Might Be a Fit If You:

• Have hands-on experience with network design and configuration
• Previously worked in telecom, trading infrastructure, or vendor-side support
• Are comfortable navigating both technical and commercial discussions
• Speak English fluently (Russian is a bonus due to vendor landscape)
• Want to grow into a more strategic, cross-functional role
