Job DescriptionGi Group, in collaboration with Ecoclima, a company operating in the air technology sector, is seeking a Production and Planning Manager for its manufacturing unit in Cadoneghe.The role''s main objective is to coordinate, manage, and schedule production, as well as support in resolving production-related issues. The candidate should have experience and skills in personnel management, quality monitoring, and safety compliance. The position reports directly to the Operation Manager.Responsibilities include:Organizing and supervising production activitiesSetting up and scheduling production tasksMaintaining and improving production process performanceMonitoring and managing processes to ensure compliance with quality standardsVerifying the proper functioning of machinery (presses, bending machines, punchers, automatic cutting and semi-finished product production machines)Analyzing production and warehouse data to implement continuous improvement actionsInterfacing with various departments for problem analysis and resolutionCandidate ProfilePreferably holds a technical diploma. Must have previous experience in a similar role, preferably in carpentry or the metalworking sector.
