You''ll join the legal team, and will report directly to Ms Caroline ROCH You will be mainly in charge of: Drafting, negotiating or reviewing of a broad range of agreements, including consortium agreements, licensing agreements, provision of services, NDAs, etc Advising on Data protection: support DPO in its advising role, drafting of data protection policies and processs, review data protection related documentation (contracts, information notices, etc.), contribute to the promotion of a data protection culture in LIST, participate to the training program on GDPR Advising on relevant areas of expertise: mainly, intellectual property, European state aid regulations, public procurement, etc. Participating in the development of internal legal documentation of the LIST and the legal watch in the fields of interest for LIST Identifying, analysing, and solving problems/challenges within own area of responsibility. Education Master''s degree in law (with particular focus on IP and/or Data Protection) Experience and skills First professional experience, preferably in intellectual property, data protection and commercial matters, including contract negotiation Skilled in drafting general contracts Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, highly trustworthy, attention to detail and ethical Strong internal client orientation Language skills Good level both written and spoken English.
