We offer an exciting opportunity to develop as Business Development Manager for Italy, in a market leading organization within the Cobot industry. We are looking for a person with a proven track record in complex sales and a great focus on results. You will have the responsibility for the strategic and commercial development of OEM and High Potential Accounts, working together with your peers active in other sales channels. You have good interpersonal skills, and the ability to understand the customer''s organizational setting, along with a strategic view and understanding of manufacturing processes - these are key success factors in this role. Throughout your workdays, there will be exciting interactions in dynamic environments with your customers, your co-workers, various UR partners, and other important stakeholders.Aim for success with a great teamAs Business Development Manager OEM and High Potential Accounts in Italy, you will report regularly to the Country Manager, Italy, and interact with your colleagues in the sales team. You will predominantly work from your home office (preferably Northern Italy) or out of the office in Torino, with frequent visits to customers/prospects nationwide. You and your passionate colleagues will be part of the Italian team of the SEMEA Region.The specifics of the roleKey responsibilities include leading the creation and expansion of new Cobot markets in Italy through OEM and High Potential Accounts, driving KPIs and action plans to reach annual targets, and developing measures to stay on track. You will also conduct training, development, motivation, and support for these customers, managing them through regular meetings involving funnel management, punctual forecasting on CRM, and creation of action plans. There will be plenty of opportunities to travel nationwide. Other daily responsibilities include:Proactively seek out new accountsCanvass, initiate, qualify sales leads, and follow through to ensure a solid sales funnelInvolve UR colleagues and partners at the right time to maximize cooperation and resultsClosely monitor account development, report status and future steps on CRMReport to the Country Manager to strategically position UR in the market and create brand awareness through positive visibilityWhat we imagine you need to succeedYou should have a proven successful track record in domestic B2B sales development with High Potential Accounts and OEMs, including funnel management. Experience with structured sales, planning, budgeting, pipeline management, marketing, and people management is essential.
