SENIOR VISUAL MERCHANDISER - KILDARE OUTLET VILLAGE

We're looking for a passionate and creative Senior Visual Merchandiser to join our Retail team. If you thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, have an eye for detail and are motivated by delivering premium consumer experiences, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
As a Senior VM, you'll play a key role in bringing the adidas brand to life across your assigned stores. You'll ensure our visual standards are executed flawlessly, drive impactful product storytelling, and create engaging shopping environments that inspire consumers whilst supporting commercial success.
What You'll Be Doing Bringing the Brand to Life
- Execute adidas visual merchandising direction across assigned stores.
- Create engaging and impactful product presentations that inspire consumers.
- Ensure all visual merchandising standards are consistently maintained.
- Implement store layouts, category presentations and shop-in-shop concepts.
- Deliver exceptional window displays including mannequin styling, visual storytelling and product communication.
- Ensure flawless execution of seasonal campaigns, launches and marketing activations.
Driving Commercial Results
- Support the achievement of sales and profit targets through effective visual merchandising.
- Analyse commercial performance and provide feedback on space allocation and category presentation.
- Identify opportunities to improve the consumer journey and maximise product visibility.
- Monitor and report on visual merchandising compliance and performance.
Influencing and Developing Others
- Act as a visual merchandising ambassador within the store.
- Share visual merchandising guidance, best practice and training with store teams.
- Collaborate closely with Store Managers and colleagues to drive brand consistency.
- Participate in team meetings, providing feedback and recommendations to support business objectives.
Managing Visual Assets
- Ensure visual merchandising tools, fixtures, graphics and props are maintained and used correctly.
- Manage visual equipment responsibly and ensure unused assets are stored appropriately.
- Support showroom set-ups and wider visual merchandising projects when required.
What We're Looking For Experience
- Previous visual merchandising experience within a retail environment.
- Experience executing visual guidelines and brand standards.
- Understanding of how visual merchandising influences consumer behaviour and commercial performance.
Skills
- Strong creative eye and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Good IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Strong organisational, numeracy and written communication skills.
- Fluent English language skills.
Other Requirements
- Flexibility to travel across the cluster as required.
- Availability to work flexible hours to support campaign launches, store moves and key business projects.
- Passion for sport, fashion and delivering outstanding consumer experiences.
