If you havestrong client management skills and a passion for working in aninternational company, this opportunity is for you!Responsibilities: - Meet and guide tourists from the internationalairport arrival zone to the Seaplane checking counter / Domesticterminal checking counter or a boat departure/arrival area. -Answering guest questions in English, Spanish depends on thesituation. - Assist guests with luggage if needed. - Provide abrief overview about Maldives and waiting time for the transfer. -Assist with purchasing a sim card or anything else in the airportif needed. - Assist with orientation in the international ordomestic terminal. - Inform guests and sales &, reservationsteam about transfer delay and provided support. - Report on arrivaland departure to the Sales &, Reservations team. - Take careof the companys airport counter, ensure the TV screen is showinglogo or video as per the request of the sales or marketing team. -In case of the special requirements, search and buy gifts, flowersor any other specific things as requested and bring them to theairport. - Accompany injured guests to the hospital, help withtranslation. - If requested provide excursion service in Spanish orEnglish language in Male or Hulhumale OTHER BENEFITS: - Foodallowance per month - Companys shared accommodation and amenities- Work permit on the territory of the Maldives - Insurance Arrivaland departure ticket to/from home country.
