TheConstruction System Implementation Engineer is responsible forgiving assistance in the definition, implementation and deploymentof the Construction Systems for the competitive management of theConstruction. He/she reports to Construction Methodologies &Systems Group Leader. PRIMARY FUNCTIONS - Act as interface with ICTand with the other Functions within Construction Department for theidentification of needs, development and implementation of thesystems for Construction, both for the Home Office and for Sites; -Support the colleagues for the matters relevant to the usage of theconstruction systems and act as focal point for the trainingactivities to be deployed both in Home Office and at Site; -Analyze and support the management of the interfaces between theconstruction systems and the other Tecnimont systems (e.g. Marian,Group ERP Information System, MileMate!, etc); - Support the SiteManager both in the site implementation and in the trainingactivities for the deployed systems. PERSON SPECIFICATION -Education Level: Bachelors Degree or Masters Degree onEngineering Information Technology disciplines. - Relevant workExperience: at least 10 years of experience suits the idealcandidate. - Availability to periodical missions abroad. - FluentEnglish speaker. The knowledge of the language will be tested overthe interview. - Excellent communication and management skillspossess a high level of organizational ability. - Developtroubleshooting, problem solving, and creative/innovative thoughtprocessing skills. - Ability to work in a technical manner andadapt to a changing, fast-paced environment. - To be able to managehigh level of complexity and be adapt to quick scenario changes. -Attention to details, self-motivation and direction, with strongbias towards timely performance. - Knowledge and skill in selectionand implementation of new information technology tools, andknowledge on Construction Management, Construction HSE,Construction Quality, Construction Estimating/Proposal andSubcontracting activities. - experience in Oil & Gas Industrywill constitute a plus.
