Responsibility for production organization and site management in the assigned area,
Ensuring that all operational indicators of quality, safety, delivery and costs are achieving target goals,
Checking and verifying the translation of production related process documents before creating SOPs,
Responsibility for implementing the training plan for area employees,
Analysis of the cost consumption, and formulate cost control measures;
Participating in customer audit to improve customer satisfaction;
Represent safety systems, carry out regular safety inspections, and prevent the occurrence of safety incidents.
Bachelor''s degree (preferably mechanical, electrical, industrial, chemical engineering),
Minimum 5 years of work experience in automotive industry.
At least 2 years experience in people leader role,
