For Bucci Industries Benelux S.r.l. we are hiring a Business Development Manager within our Sinteco Healthcare division.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the promotion, sale and technical support of our our Sinteco solutions in the hospital sector across Benelux.

You will be responsible for the market analysis, for managing customer relationships and for cooperating with your co-workers to meet customer needs. You will be in charge of identifying new business opportunities through a precise market analysis and expanding the organisation''s network through collaborations and participation in trade shows. Your tasks will also include participating in the development of prices, solutions and services, coordinating proper delivery of all the organisation''s products to the customer/partner and ensuring and increasing the current Product Portfolio.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• To be successful you have experience in selling technical products, ideally within the healthcare sector or medical automation,
• Skills in market analysis and identification of business opportunities
• Strong skills in market analysis and identifying business opportunities in the healthcare or hospital sector
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach
• A goal-oriented mindset, committed to maintaining long-term relationships and driving business success

Language Requirements:

• Dutch: Native or bilingual proficiency.
• French: Good working proficiency
• English: Good working proficiency
