Job Title: Senior Full Stack Developer Location: Paris Experience: 4-30 Years Language: French native or similar Job Summary: We are looking for a versatile and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer / Technical Specialist with strong command over both legacy systems (COBOL, PeopleSoft, Shell, Perl) and modern development technologies (Java, JavaScript, Spark, Angular, React). The ideal candidate will contribute to modernization, integration, and transformation of complex enterprise systems, ensuring high performance, maintainability, and scalability. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain full-stack solutions using Java, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks like Angular or React. - Support and modernize legacy applications built on COBOL, PeopleSoft, Shell, and Perl. - Build and optimize data processing pipelines using Apache Spark. - Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, ensuring automated testing, deployment, and monitoring. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including infrastructure, business analysts, and product owners to deliver robust and secure solutions. - Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and performance tuning across platforms. - Ensure system integration between legacy and modern environments. - Lead or support modernization and cloud transformation initiatives. Required Skills Qualifications: - 430 years of professional experience across a mix of legacy and modern technology stacks. - Strong expertise in COBOL, Java, JavaScript, and Shell scripting. - Hands-on experience with Perl, PeopleSoft, and Spark. - Proven frontend development experience with Angular and/or React. - Working knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, etc.). - Deep understanding of enterprise application architecture, systems integration, and software lifecycle. - Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
