Assignments

We are looking for a Technical Training Consultant to support and enhance technical learning and skill development programs for one of our clients.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Preparing development plans in collaboration with team leads, and reviewing individual development plans to ensure quality and consistency.
• Analyzing technical training needs and drafting detailed specifications to create programs adapted to department requirements.
• Implementing and monitoring development plans for new hires, ensuring they become operational as quickly as possible.
• Rolling out knowledge transfer programs to retain critical expertise within the organization.
• Coordinating and tracking on-the-job training activities, ensuring proper documentation in individual training files.
• Conducting training observations to assess quality and effectiveness.
• Optionally, facilitating technical training sessions to share expertise specific to the department.

The profile

You hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in a technical field (electromechanics or equivalent).

You are passionate about training and people development.

You are structured, analytical, and enjoy addressing complex topics in depth.

You are well-organized, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities.

You possess strong analytical and synthesizing abilities.

You are a collaborative and assertive communicator, capable of adapting to dynamic work environments.
