About the role
You will join an international jewelry company where you will be in charge of supporting teams across accounting and logistic functions. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills and apply your knowledge in a dynamic, human-sized office environment.
Work tasks
- Accounting for the Geneva Office: AR, AP, bank reconciliations...
- Gather necessary documents to complete bookings, check invoices, and manage bank accounts.
- Communicate and coordinate with other teams, including the Dubai team.
- Ensure compliance with Swiss Federal and Cantonal tax obligations, including corporate income tax, withholding tax, stamp duty, and customs duties specific to the jewelry and luxury goods industry.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and filing systems.
- Provide support for payroll for the Swiss office.
- Provide support to the logistics and operations teams, including coordination for international shipments and document handling.
- Liaise with logistics partners
- Manage office supplies, vendors, and service providers.
We are looking for
- University degree in Accounting
- First experience in accounting in an international company in Switzerland (minimum 2 years)
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Very good organizational skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment
- Autonomy
- English: fluent, working language
- French: an advantage
