Leap29 are working with a client who specialises in power generations/district heating and they are looking for an experienced Document controller to join their team near Rotterdam.
- Supporting all document flow needs for engineering design disciplines, Project Management disciplines and client site.
- Issuing of Project Deliverables to Project Team & Client using Document Control System.
- Managing the Project Deliverables in Electronic/Hard copy format.
- Expedite Vendor Documentation.
- Coordinate Project H/O Packages in accordance with client procedures.
- Conducting Internal Audits & raising corrective actions in accordance with ISO 9001 Certification.
- Liaising with clients, vendors and contractors to deliver completed project hand over documentation to client specifications.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Document Control systems.
- Knowledge of Cloud System & Document Management Systems, Document Retention Systems.
- Vendor Expediting.
- Experience in ISO 9001 certification is a benefit.
- Experience in all Microsoft Packages especially Microsoft Access.
