We are looking for a Sales Manager to create long-term relationships of trust with our customers. The ideal candidate is proactive and passionate about our products and the customers they serve. In this role, youll be in contact with cross-functional internal teams to improve the entire customer experience.
What You''ll Take Charge Of
- Boost the company''s sales of audiovisual solutions by managing a portfolio of both existing and new customers
- Build a trusting relationship with customers to expand ShowHeroes business in the Netherlands
- Continuously analyze the market and competitors to stay informed about market trends
- Develop commercial strategies and send proactive and reactive proposals to clients
- Based on the campaign''s requirements, recommend products that can enhance your brand image and boost sales
- Collaborate with internal and external departments to develop unified strategies for company growth
- Generate forecasts and proactively manage your accounts
What We''re Looking For
- A minimum of 2 years'' experience in sales is required, along with at least 2 years of experience in the digital media industry
- A strong, existing personal network among media agencies and direct client decision makers is a strong advantage
- Goal-driven mindset, endurance, reliability, authority and self-confidence
- Willingness to take responsibility
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written) is required. Native-level proficiency in Dutch is essential for this role due to client and market communication needs
