To achieve this, we listen to our entities (MSF movement), field workers, and the external environment surrounding MSF in Italy. - Under the guidance of the Head of Career Managers and Recruiters, the HR Field Recruiter ensures the recruitment process for humanitarian workers in field operations, responding to HR demands from Operations, and ensuring the quantity and quality of profiles required.ResponsibilitiesDevelop a strategic vision for HR needs across the MSF movement to guide recruitment efforts effectively.Implement recruitment strategies in collaboration with line managers.Design, propose, and manage active recruitment activities within the Italian context to increase visibility and attract candidates, working with HR digital and other MSF IT departments.Adapt recruitment strategies to changing contexts and needs, increasing recruitment volume when necessary.Serve as the focal point for the Assessment Centre process and organize its practical aspects.Manage ''on post recruitment'' processes upon request from the Operational Centre.Request technical validation for specialist profiles according to MSF operational HR procedures.Plan and ensure an effective and efficient recruitment process for humanitarian workers.ArchivingEnsure proper data management and compliance with GDPR requirements.Qualifications :At least 2 years of MSF field experience as a Coordinator across diverse contexts, with 3 missions completed.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Strategic and analytical thinking.Ability to work effectively in a team and cooperate with others.Resilience to stress.Knowledge of MSF profiles for field positions.University degree.Fluency in English and Italian is mandatory; French is an asset.ConditionsContract: 1-year full-time contract, Level II of Italian CCNL.Starting date: July.Location: Remote work possible / from any MSF office with a maximum of 3 hours difference from MSF-Italy.MSF-Italy is an Equal Opportunity Employer, committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and prohibits discrimination based on race, color, religion, national origin, sex, age, or sexual orientation.#J-18808-Ljbffr
