The Role
- Identifying areas across teams where AI and automation can deliver outsized impact
- Building AI agents, tools, or workflows that enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort
- Prototyping and testing fastfocusing on real-world impact over perfection
- Collaborating across teams to deeply understand problems and design solutions that scale
- Taking ownership of the full lifecycle of automation projects, from ideation to rollout
- Continuously learning, iterating, and improving based on data, feedback, and results
Experience and Skills
- Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience with Python.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools, automation platforms (like Zapier, Make, or Airtable), or scripting
- A strong grasp of prompt engineering and working with LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, etc.)
- A track record of building and launching automation solutions that solve real business problems
- A self-directed approachyou thrive in environments where you set your own direction and move fast
- A mindset geared toward experimentation, iteration, and learning by doing
