We are looking for a passionate and hands-on HeadTherapist & SPA Supervisor to join our pre-opening team andlead the daily operations of our intimate and elegant Spa. The rolewill report to the Executive Assistant Manager. Convenientlylocated adjacent to Rome Termini Station and a short distance fromthe Colosseum, the 238-room Hyatt Regency Rome Central is acontemporary 5-star hotel offering premium business services andone of Italys most dazzling leisure rooftop experiences. The hotelis featuring a SPA, 5 food & beverages outlets and more than1000 sqm events venues. Main duties and responsibilities -Perform avariety of treatments (massages, facials, body rituals) inaccordance with brand standards and guest expectations. -Supervisedaily Spa operations, including scheduling, room readiness, teamcoordination, and guest flow. -Act as the main point of contact forSpa guests, offering tailored advice and a warm, professionalwelcome. -Ensure a smooth and efficient booking process and leadfront desk activities. -Oversee product stock and support inventoryand ordering processes. -Monitor treatment and retail costs,support budgeting activities, and help optimize the Spasprofitability. -Ensure full compliance with hygiene, safety, andwellness standards. -Coach and support the Spa team, ensuringalignment with the values of care, attention to detail, and guestsatisfaction. -Propose enhancements and contribute to thedevelopment of new treatments and seasonal offerings. Skills andrequirements: - Proven experience in a supervisory role and as SpaTherapist. - Bachelor degree in Health Science Clinical Aesthetics- Certified in massage and skincare treatments will be a plus. -Strong communication and leadership skills with a guest-centricattitude. - Proactive, organized, with the ability to monitorperformance indicators. - Excellent communication skills in bothItalian and English. - Work weekends, holidays and on shifts whenrequired.
