Cost Control Manager - New-Build Data Centre, Italy - Highly Competitive Rate - 12 Months RollingFor a greenfield data centre project in Italy, we have been requested to put people forward for interviews to help manage our clients'' flagship greenfield Data Centre.The project length is 3 years so the scope for extension is very promising, and they are looking to make this project the gold standard for their expansion across EMEA.They are forming a new team at this moment, so it''s a fantastic time to apply. The working pattern will be hybrid, some on-site presence will be required as the project ramps up, but our client are willing to be flexible.Responsibilities:Manage the pre-construction phase of the projectProduce appropriate budgetary & resource allocation reportsLigase with the client providing regular updatesWork closely with the cost-control team to ensure visibility throughoutQualifications:Previous experience on Data Centre projects (essential)Experience with greenfield construction projectsBachelor''s degree in related fieldOil & Gas/Pharmaceutical experience (desirable if less DC experience)Italian-speaking (preferred not essential)Experience with Project Management ConsultanciesIf this role seems to match your project search and your career please apply, interviews slots are available throughout this week and next, things are moving fast!
