WHAT WILL YOU DO? - Core activities. You will have theopportunity to coordinate and govern complex IT programs, ensuringdelivery on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards. Youwill manage multi-project and multidisciplinary teams, facilitatingcollaboration between technical and business stakeholders andapplying Agile principles where applicable, promoting iterative andincremental delivery practices. You will keep the program alignedwith business objectives and provide regular progress updates tosenior management. You will identify, analyze, and mitigate programrisks and interdependencies, supporting the definition of programroadmaps and key milestones. You will gain a high-levelunderstanding of the technical architecture/solution to effectivelyengage with technical teams, managing change requests and ensureadherence to Customer''s policy. - Technologies. WE''LL TOTALLYLOVE YOU IF YOU HAVE - Academic background. Bachelor''s or Master''sdegree in Management Engineering, Computer Science, InformationEngineering. - Valuable expertise. A proven track record in thegovernance of complex projects or programs is required, preferablyin multidisciplinary and high-visibility environments. 3+ years ofexperience in Project Management: you have held roles as a ProjectManager or Program Manager, with responsibility for the integratedmanagement of timelines, costs, risks, stakeholders, and projectroadmaps. Strong cross-functional coordination skills and anend-to-end strategic vision are essential. Knowledge of Englishlanguage. - Nice to have. PMI-CAMP, PMI-PMP or other certificationsabout Project Management such as PRINCE2; certifications aboutadaptive methodologies such as PSM or CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe orequivalent scaled Agile framework; Technical Certifications aboutCloud Computing (e.g. AZ-900) will be considered a plus. Knowledgeof French language will be considered a plus. - Soft skills.
