About the Role
We are seeking an experienced ERP Business Consultant to join our team based in the Netherlands. This hybrid role involves working from home, on-site with customers, and at our Zoetermeer office. Some international travel within Germany, Belgium, and the United Kingdom is required.
As an ERP Business Consultant, you will play a key role in helping our manufacturing customers get the most value from their Epicor Kinetic ERP system. Youll work closely with them to align system capabilities with their business processes, ensuring streamlined operations and measurable improvements in efficiency.
This role requires fluency in both Dutch and English.

Education : A minimum of HBO-level education (bachelors degree or equivalent), preferably in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience : 510 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in ERP implementations and business process optimisationpreferably within manufacturing environments.
