We are currently looking for an experienced Anywhere365 Specialist to join a client project for initially 6 months. This role requires hands-on expertise in the setup, configuration, and ongoing management of the Anywhere365 platform within a business-critical environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in enabling seamless communication and contact center functionality, ensuring that the system is optimally configured to support business processes. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a collaborative environment and make a direct impact on the performance and reliability of a modern communication infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and deploy the Anywhere365 platform based on business requirements.
- Maintain and manage the system to ensure high availability and optimal performance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to align the solution with operational needs.
- Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Document configurations, procedures, and changes in a structured and accessible format.
- Participate in system testing, upgrades, and user training when required.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives around unified communications and contact center operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with the Anywhere365 platform (configuration, setup, and support).
- Strong understanding of unified communications systems.
- Familiarity with VoIP, SIP, and telephony integration principles.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of platform performance and configuration.
- Comfortable working closely with technical teams and end users.
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
