Manage and growyour own client portfolio Source, qualify, and place candidatesacross tech, IT, engineering or sales verticals Build long-termclient and candidate relationships with a focus on delivery Collaborate with Halr Tech leadership on best practices, candidatestrategy, and growth plans Operate independently, but never inisolation.
