SALT is working with a market leading globalenterprise software company who offer a broad portfolio ofsolutions to empower businesses to securely manage, optimise, andextract value from their information at scale. The opportunity: Weare hiring an experienced and proactive Field Marketing Manager (6+month contract) to lead regional execution. You will act as thelocal marketing expert, owning both planning and execution ofregional campaigns aligned with global strategy, ensuring deliveryof pipeline and sales outcomes through a mix of event marketing,digital tactics, partner enablement, and localisation. This is ahands-on, autonomous, and commercially driven role, perfect formarketers comfortable owning the end-to-end lifecycle of regionaldemand generation in close collaboration with sales, and centralmarketing functions. This role can be remote-first, however youwill naturally need to be on-site for events, trade shows, andworkshops. Key Responsibilities: - Own and lead the planning,development, and execution of regional marketing campaigns alignedto business unit goals - Deliver measurable results: drive pipelinegrowth, lead conversion, and ROI through tactical execution - Planand execute regional events (for example, company-hosted summits,industry trade shows, ABM-style workshops) - Collaborate withglobal teams (for example paid media, product marketing, creative)to tailor global assets to local markets - Coordinate with internalcreative/web teams to launch campaigns via internal platforms -Localise content and campaigns in-market to ensure cultural andlanguage fit - Work closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, Channel, andAccount Development teams to align marketing efforts withcommercial goals - Analyse campaign performance and apply learningsto optimise future initiatives - Manage end-to-end event logistics,registration pages, landing pages, and reporting dashboards Skills& Experience Required: - 58 years in B2B field marketing,preferably within enterprise software, SaaS, or digital experienceplatforms - Experience working with cross-functional teams inmatrix organisations - Track record of owning regional marketingplans and delivering pipeline-generating activity - Solidunderstanding of demand generation tactics and campaign performancemetrics - Hands-on experience with digital marketing, events,webinars, and ABM programs - Fluent in English andItalian
