Secure the Future of Finance as a Risk Management and IT Security Specialist Warsaw-based opportunity with hybrid work model (2 days in the office/month). As a Risk Management and IT Security Specialist , you will be working for our client, a leading player in the online banking sector, supporting a highly secure and fast-paced digital environment. You will join a team focused on strengthening the organizations IT risk posture and ensuring that information systems meet security standards. The project involves assessing, implementing, and maintaining security and risk management solutions aligned with both regulatory frameworks and best practices. This role is crucial in protecting sensitive data and maintaining customer trust in an evolving digital landscape. Your main responsibilities: Monitor and assess IT security risks across infrastructure and applications Implement and maintain IT security controls and compliance measures Collaborate with internal teams to improve risk mitigation strategies Conduct security audits and vulnerability assessments Maintain and manage security documentation and risk registers Support identity and access management processes Coordinate incident response efforts and follow-up actions Analyze technical incidents reported to second and third line Service Desk Participate in the development of IT security policies and procedures Provide input on security requirements for new systems and tools You're ideal for this role if you have: A degree in a technical field, preferably in IT or information security Strong technical understanding of IT systems and infrastructures Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Active Directory, and Windows environments Experience working on second or third line IT support Fluent English communication skills Familiarity with identity and access management systems Understanding of IT security standards and best practices Experience in the financial sector or with telecom service providers Knowledge of GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) tools We offer you: ITDS Business Consultants is involved in many various, innovative and professional IT projects for international companies in the financial industry in Europe.
