Overview:
We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team in The Hague. This is a short-term contract role with potential for extension. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, particularly in Call Center operations , and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements related to Salesforce and Call Center operations
- Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, and functional specs
- Work with Salesforce Service Cloud to support configuration, customization, and testing
- Collaborate with developers and product teams in an Agile environment
- Lead workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder meetings
- Ensure timely delivery of Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives
Requirements:
- Fluent in Dutch (written and spoken)
- Experience in Call Center or Customer Service environments
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce , especially Service Cloud
- Background in consulting and Agile projects
- Skilled in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
