About Us My client is a leading SAP partner, delivering innovative digital HR solutions to a diverse portfolio of clients. As we continue to expand, were looking for a SAP SuccessFactors Senior Consultant to join their dynamic team and lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SuccessFactors modules for clients around the globe. The Role As a Senior Consultant, youll serve as a subject matter expert in SAP SuccessFactors, guiding clients through complex digital HR transformations. Youll be responsible for solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and ongoing support across various modules such as Employee Central, Performance Goals, Recruiting, and Learning. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations and enhancements Provide expert advice on SuccessFactors best practices and HR process optimization Facilitate client workshops, gather business requirements, and translate them into technical configurations Configure and customize modules based on client needs Oversee data migration, testing, training, and go-live support Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across HR, IT, and business operations Stay updated on SAP product releases and bring innovation to client solutions Required Skills Experience Minimum 5 years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors consulting experience Certification in one or more SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central highly desirable) Proven track record of successful end-to-end implementations Strong understanding of HR processes and how they align with SAP functionality Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with minimal supervision Experience in agile project delivery is a plus To apply please click the "Apply" button and follow the instructions.
