Now, its time to talk about the Internal Audit department:
In our Internal Audit department, we are responsible for examining and evaluating the efficiency, operability and quality of the internal control systems throughout the NTT DATA Europe & Latam group. We are looking for an auditor to perform internal audit tasks related to IT & Security.
Would you like to be part of our internal team?
Here are the main functions you could perform:
- Programming and preparation of audits: For each specific IT audit job you will develop, with the coordination of other Senior Auditors: planning, setting of work development objectives, analysis of all available information and documentation of the area/process (internal and external standards, procedures, controls, risks, etc.), elaboration of work schedules, preparation of audit tests, etc.
- Field work: collaboration plans, collection of information/evidence, performance of audit tests, meetings, checkpoints, determination of possible limitations to the scope, etc.
- Preparation of draft internal audit reports: clear definition of the objective of the work, its scope, limitations to the scope, description of the control environment of the audited unit, list of incidents, risks, proposal of recommendations and improvements, conclusions on incidents, conclusion of the report, etc.
- Control of compliance with the deadlines, times and procedures established for the audit activity.
- Development of the follow-up actions (communications with those responsible, collection of information/documentation, performance of audit tests, collection of the corresponding evidence, conclusion and reporting, etc.) of the recommendations of the Audit Units under his/her responsibility, until their complete implementation.
- Supervision of the documentation and information management process linked to each audit and of the internal audit database, etc.

Technical Skills:
- Engineering or degree in Computer Science.
- Master''s degree, postgraduate studies and/or certifications related to information technologies will be valued.
Soft Skills:
- Analytical and conceptual skills.
- Rigorous, organised, critical, constructive, creative, and convincing.
- Organised and project driven.
- Ability to prioritise and decisive.
- Versatility in reporting tasks, both oral and written, as well as good communicator.
- Ability to work as part of a team and good interpersonal skills.
- Ability and predisposition for constant learning.
Languages:
- Level of Spanish: Native or advanced.
- English level: Upper Intermediate (B2)
