The candidate should possess a full range of skills and be actively involved in activities related to the following areas:Account PayableRegistration of outgoing paymentsPreparing analyses of accounts and monthly reportsContinuously improving the payment processPreparing and processing electronic transfers and paymentsPreparing and performing check runsManaging vendor master data and checking discrepancies through reportingProcessing vendor invoices (e-invoices, paper invoices, custom bills): ensuring accurate processing, posting, and approval for payment using specific tools (Workflow, automatic bookkeeping).
