Overview We are looking for a driven and skilled C++ Developer to join our agile team of professionals. If you're passionate about building reliable, scalable software and enjoy working across application logic and databases, wed love to hear from you. As a key member of the development team, the C++ Developer will be responsible for implementing and supporting application subsystems and backend services using C++ and SQL. This role requires comfort working in a distributed architecture and agile development environment. Location : Katowice Model of work: Hybrid B2B or Full Time Employment Responsibilities Analyze, design, document, code, and test assigned tasks with moderate to high complexity Develop and maintain efficient and maintainable code in C++ and SQL Write and optimize complex SQL queries Provide accurate estimates and status updates for assigned tasks Participate in system and database design sessions Develop unit tests, integration tests, and prototypes as needed Ensure software solutions meet technical and business requirements Work collaboratively with Product Owners, QA, and Solution Architects Participate in code reviews and design walkthroughs Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the stack Experience Skills Required: 3 years of professional software development experience with C++ Strong knowledge of SQL and experience working with relational databases Proven experience in multi-tier, distributed systems Strong grasp of Object-Oriented Programming and Design Familiarity with JSON and XML Experience with Agile/Scrum development processes and common SDLC tools (e.G., IDEs, version control, ticketing systems) Exposure to event-driven and asynchronous processing models Preferred Qualifications: PL/SQL experience is a plus Java development experience is a plus Experience with automated unit and integration testing Strong communication skills and attention to detail Passion for solving complex problems with clean, efficient solutions Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team What do we offer on regular employment HireRight offers an employment contract with a competitive salary and comprehensive package of benefits including: Annual Bonus Plan Private Medical Care Group Life Insurance MyBenefit Cafeteria platform Lunch Vouchers Holiday Allowance Paid Lunch Break (30 minutes) Tax-deductible costs Hybrid work (flexibility to work 2 days/week from home)
