Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned charities, ensuring their needs and goals are met.Campaign Coordination: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of fundraising campaigns, including auctions, experiences, and merchandise sales.Gala Event Management: Coordinate with charity partners to support their gala events and other high-profile fundraising events. Assist in managing relationships with vendors, sponsors, and volunteers to ensure successful event execution.Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of fundraising initiatives.Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign and event performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve outcomes.Compliance: Ensure all fundraising activities comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.Networking: Attend industry events and conferences to represent CharityStars and foster new relationships with potential charity partners.Qualifications:Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in relationship and account management, preferably within the charity or non-profit sector. Experience in supporting gala events or similar high-profile events is highly desirable.Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to develop and implement effective fundraising strategies.Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing data and using insights to drive decision-making.Project Management: Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and events simultaneously.Passion: A genuine passion for charitable work and making a positive impact.Education: Bachelors degree in a relevant field preferred.Language: Fluency in English and Italian is required#J-18808-Ljbffr
