Supply Chain Planner (m/f/d) Getzersdorf, Austria Apply now We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic person to join the Animal Nutrition and Health (ANH) Business and EMEA Regional Supply Chain team.The Supply Chain Planner will oversee the inventory of in-house manufactured materials, guaranteeing optimal inventory levels and taking proactive measures to identify and address potential supply risks within the regional distribution center and ANH premix production sites. This pivotal role involves strategic engagement with the global production and distribution network to fulfill regional requirements, streamlining internal processes to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve the regional supply chain objectives.At dsm-firmenich, being a force for good is not optional. Your key responsibilities * Collaborate with Animal Nutrition and Health S&OP Manager to ensure appropriate inventory levels in the region, swiftly identifying anomalies and determining root causes. Coordinate phase-in/out strategies and material substitutions in partnership with Nutritional Services and Commercial. * Work with Global Supply & Inventory Planners and Global Supply Chain Managers to ensure timely replenishment shipments to the Regional Distribution Center. Monitor and promptly communicate any shipment delays, or other issues to the ANH S&OP Manager, Commercial team and premix plants * Organize and optimize stock transfer orders between the regional distribution center and premix production sites in EMEA, ensuring consistently optimal inventory levels * Support the Commercial Team and Customer Care in resolving order fulfillment issues, including inventory allocation and special batch requirements * Monitor and control inventory positions, taking proactive measures to address blocked or aging inventory by orchestrating necessary actions for consumption * Provide support to the ANH S&OP Manager in effectively managing working capital and achieving regional inventory targets We bring * A place to grow and develop. * A company that is purpose-led and performance-driven in a corporate culture that values people and planet. * The opportunity to work on growing brands and build on a strong foundation. * The chance to make improvements and make an impact on the business. * Attractive benefits such as optional Klimaticket for whole Austria (after 6 months of employment), supported canteen, accident insurance for work and private incidents, free drinks, etc. * Type of employment: Full time for 38,5 hours / week, unlimited contract * We offer you an income based on your qualifications and market conditions, with a minimum annual gross salary of EUR47.000 on fulltime basis. You bring * Bachelor''s degree or Equivalent Experience in Production, Planning, or Inventory Analysis * Knowledge of SAP Materials Management and Sales and Distribution functions. * Demonstrated statistical, analytical, and problem-solving skills using various software and tools * Familiarity with a variety of Supply Chain Management concepts and procedures e.g. MRP, Inventory Coverage, Operating Working Capital, Demand Planning, OTIF (On Time In Full) * Solid quantitative computer skills including MS suite. * Experience in SAP (APO/R3), BW and the master data driving the various systems and processes.
