Manages and coordinates QA and CSV projects and services to meet client expectations and business goals, ensuring optimization and respecting company profitability with the support of the Services Managing Director.Ensures appropriate staffing of production activities and development of human resources in line with business objectives. Guarantees the alignment of the department with business strategy and goals, and ensures operational quality in compliance with regulatory requirements.Liaises with the QAS Business Partner to guarantee customer satisfaction through account management support and to develop new business opportunities for the company.RequisitiAccountabilities:Identifies successful drivers and defines and manages KPIs for strategic processes to guarantee continuous improvement of QAS services.Ensures department processes are efficient, cost-effective, and ready for internal or external inspections according to a defined strategy.Ensures department profitability at gross margin level through efficient target allocation rates and resource billability.Escalates to the Managing Director and the Consulting Business Major / Critical Risks for client relationships.Contributes to and ensures optimal public relations activities and brand awareness.Assesses customer feedback and implements necessary improvements.Represents the company at client/partner meetings and participates in scientific meetings.Consults and supports Project Managers in resolving priority issues.Validates relevant technical aspects of project proposals.Develops reports.Performs billable roles within client projects according to specific background and experience within the regulated environment.Acts as Auditor and QA representative among clients if required.Creates regulated documents or specific consultancy services as appropriate.Guarantees compliance with current regulations.Prepares and gains approval for the yearly department plan.Supports HR in staffing, enhancing employer brand, staff retention, and satisfaction.Ensures clients receive requested services, maintaining project quality within budget and profitability.Manages the QAS project portfolio and its risks.Ensures accurate revenue recognition monthly and manages departmental costs.Manages and approves supplier selection.Background & ExperienceBachelor''s Degree in Life Sciences or related scientific field.At least 10 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance, including 5 years in a supervisory role.Knowledge of essential regulatory guidelines worldwide.Understanding of regulatory norms applicable.Experience with revenue and cost recognition.Required Experience:DirectorKey SkillsQuality Assurance, FDA Regulations, ISO 9001, Root Cause Analysis, Biotechnology, Clinical Trials, Quality Systems, Food Processing, Quality Control, Quality Management, cGMP, HACCPEmployment Type: Full-TimeExperience: YearsVacancy: 1#J-18808-Ljbffr
