Responsibility:1. Solve customers technical problems and complaints promptly.2. Collaborate with Sales & Technical Support Specialists etc in troubleshooting problems.3. Run correlation studies and validations in coordination with the customer if/as required;Conduct Customer training.4. Visit clients regularly and feedback customers'' information to sales team.5. Participate in regional and national conference calls by updating technical issues.6. Other task arranged by the companyRequirements:1. Bachelor degree or above in Clinical medicine, Biotech, Pharmacy or other related subject, master degree would be more preferred.2. Minimum 3 years experience worked in IVD Application area, like immunology, biochemistry or molecular, immunology will be preferred;3. Able to use English as working language;4. Good communication skills and hard working.
